The Good Hair

We are glad to offer a return policy to all customers. Given the high products quality and good shipping service we offer, we found rate of return products very low. But, we still want to help customers with small issues like picking the wrong color/size products to exchange; or customers just don’t want the products anymore suddenly after purchasing to return and refund.

Return: 

As the natural hair is reactive to a simple wash and deep conditioning, product issues or concerns can often be easily remedied by implementing a simple care regimen. However, if you feel you have received a defective product that if truly defective we want to hear from you! You must contact us within fourteen (15) calendar days after receipt of the merchandise. A customer service representative will provide the client with instructions for the return of all the products in question. If Rosabeauty verifies and accepts that the product is defective in some way, Rosabeauty will then refund or replace the item providing the hair has not been removed from it's original bundle. Lace products should last a minimum of 3 months however this is subject to the way you look after and care for it. As for the fee detail, please refer to the following:

Eligible products for exchange And 

1. Products need to be in original condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with tags attached) and in original package. Custom hair extensions, special offer products and wholesale orders cannot be returned.

2. Must be returned within 7 days of receiving your original order.Any exchange request after 7 days will not be accepted.

3.The product should be replaced by something of equal or greater value.

Note

As we only accept Exchange or Return on Eligible Items. Please check it carefully before using. If the hair extension is not suitable or you don't like it, you can easily contact us for exchange or return.

How to exchange or refund:  

1. Please email us (service@thegoodhair.com) first and tell us why you want to change or refund the purchased products.

2. When we get the email, we will be glad to add your name in our return system. You can send the products back in original package to the address on the original shipment. (Note: Any exchange or return products without email to us cannot be accepted.)

3. Exchanged products will be shipped to you as you needed after we get products from you and made sure they are eligible. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method after we confirmed the returned products were eligible too.
